I have been a software developer for about ten years now. Before that, I spent several years studying engineering and physics.
I have been interested in cooking since my early teens. I thought of pursuing cooking as a career option but opted for the engineering/science direction and kept food as a hobby. My first cooking course was a class in Greek cuisine from the local community college. I still make some of those recipes.
I am using this blog as a record of some of the recipes I have tried. I also try to record any new creations. I generally take a recipe as inspiration and go off in my own direction. I try to give credit to the recipe used as inspiration. If you do end up using any recipe off this site please give a little credit to the source.
I am an absolute amateur at blogging and photography. You may have noticed, I tend to be direct and to the point.Why use fifty words when two will suffice
